Dr. Kamal Safa is a civil engineer with a PhD in damage of concrete under dynamic loading. He is an instructor at ESIB since 2003 a member of the Lebanese Order of Engineers. Dr. Safa is an active researcher who has published extensively on the behavior of concrete under dynamic loads. His work has been recognized by Sandia Laboratories, a US Department of Energy institution.
