Rima Rouhana is an Assistant Professor of Management, Marketing and Business Processes at the Saint-Joseph University - Beirut, Lebanon. She has a Ph.D. diploma from the HEC-Management School of the University of Liege, Belgium, since 2009. She is a qualified business consultant with several years of expertise in Business Management, mainly in the healthcare sector. She is an executive with high professional business ethics gained from career practices extended over several universities in several countries in Europe and the Middle-East. Her main research and publications involve the choice and use of the performance monitoring systems in healthcare organizations (such as the Balanced Scorecard). Her research interests focus on the business processes (systems) and company structuring. She is capable of using qualitative, quantitative and QCA methodologies to analyze her findings. Currently, Dr. Rouhana is involved in topics like Social Entrepreneurship, Artificial intelligence, and Capacity Building in Higher Education. She is capable of using qualitative, quantitative and QCA methodologies to analyze her findings. 
She is a sociable person who built solid and lasting acquaintances and earned the respect of counterparts. Her mission in life is to ensure that students walk away with a clear idea of how theories can enrich and advance their careers in practice.
