Nadi Abi RACHED holds a degree in law from the Faculty of Law Political Sciences at the Saint Joseph University of Beirut. He continued his studies at Panthéon-Assas University (Paris II), where he obtained a Master, followed by a PhD in public law, with a thesis focused on Lebanese constitutional identity, exploring issues of constitutional law litigation. After several years dedicated to academic research within the federation of research in internal public law at Panthéon-Assas University (Cujas Institute), Nadi Abi Rached holds a Bachelor of Law from the Faculty of Law and Political Science at the Saint Joseph University of Beirut. He pursued his studies at Panthéon-Assas University (Paris II), where he obtained a Masters, then a Ph.D in public law on the Lebanese constitutional identity. After several years dedicated to academic research within the Cujas Institute, a federation of research in internal public law at Panthéon-Assas University, as well as teaching at the same university and at the University of Evry Val d’Essonne, he was appointed director of the legal department of the city of Sevran. He then returned to Lebanon to join the Faculty of Law at Saint Joseph University of Beirut, initially as a teaching assistant and later as a senior lecturer and since 2024 as an Associate Professor. Nadi Abi Rached is also an attorney at law and serves as the Chairman of the Board of the non-governmental organization Legal Agenda.as well as to teaching at the same university and at the University of Evry Val d’Essonne, he was appointed director of the legal department of the city of Sevran. He then returned to Lebanon to join Saint Joseph University, initially as a teaching assistant and later as a lecturer. He currently holds the position of Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences at Saint Joseph University of Beirut. He is also an attorney at law and serves as the Chairman of the Board of the non-governmental organization Legal Agenda.
