I hold a PhD in Business Administration from USJ, in partnership with Paris-Dauphine University. I have 15 years of experience in brand management specialize in launching and relaunching multinational brands (Mustela, Caudalie, Phyto, Vichy ,Uriage, Plante System, Luzern) in the Lebanese market. My MBA thesis focused on the topic of launching a new product. I have strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical and professional sectors, as well as the mass distribution sector. I have also managed a multidisciplinary marketing and sales team (supervisors, medical delegates, technical sales representatives, pharmaceutical delegates, and promoters). I have 12 years of experience teaching marketing and management disciplines, and I am a supervisor of theses and final year projects. I am also a researcher in the fields of management (organizational behavior and diversity management within teams) and digital marketing strategies (current research project). I am fluent in three languages: French, English, and Arabic.
